The pool and hot tub were very nice with a beautiful view over the city. Food was very expensive for what it was but eating in the restaurant was really the only option as the village is very small. Breakfast was nice but again quite expensive. Room was adequate for three adults.

The location and view from the hotel is excellent, room 40 was poor, no water provided and the shower in the bath was poor. The hotel should not use this room. I was staying with a group and so couldn't move to another hotel.

The view of Lyon on top of a holl was amazing to wake up to, dining on the patio or in the restarant also served amazing views of the Lyon country side. It is peaceful amd quiet retreat....

Nice alternative to city center dwelling

Breathtaking view on the terrace, the restaurant, the swimming pool and from the room. The room was very small but the view made up for it. St.-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or was a very nice and quite area. Dinner was good at the hotel restaurant but breakfast was too pricy.

Nice hotel, stupid balcony policy for a night cab

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We didn't eat in, as we had a reservation in the city. To come back in the evening at 22:00 and be refused to enjoy a cocktail at the balcony because it's reserved for dining guests, was a disappointment considering there was plenty of free tables and the kitchen was closed. They made a statement, and we got it and will not return again.

Just okay

The room had a faulty shower, lamp, and hairdryer so this was not a good start. After hours of traveling I was looking forward to a relaxing time but this was not received. I was also insulted by the waitress when I asked about the menu when she said if you want something more "basic like burger and chips" - maybe because I am English. I was actually hoping for a nice salad and something healthy - being put in that box was quite rude. The menu was very nice just not for me, whist I appreciate fine dining it was very limiting and not what I wanted that evening so went into the local area for a better atmosphere and found a lovely restaurant with music and kind staff. Nice cheese, wine and selection of local meats and salad. Cocktails and music. I spoke with the manager as I checked out and he said to email him!

Posizione fantastica compresa la piscina, la stanza nel nostro caso da 3 molto silenziosa non era grandissima, la struttura nel complesso necessiterebbe di un po più di manutenzione, il ristorante, con ottima cucina non ha moltissima scelta nel menù ma quello che propone è eccellente, anche se un po troppo costoso, colazione varia e abbondante con molti prodotti bio dai succhi alle composte Splendido soggiorno

Très belle endroit, personnel sympathique, calme emplacement...juste pour le petit déjeuner il faudrait + de choix large ....autrement tout est bien et nous sommes écoutés ( j ai eu un souci de son dans la chambre d à côté, je suis allée toquer à 23h15 pour le bruit et j en ai parlé à l accueil le lendemain...personnel très à l écoute...merci car ils m ont même proposée de changer de chambre la nuit suivante....j ai gardé l actuelle et pas de soucis la nuit d après....merci

Magnifique endroit, vu panoramique magique, deco en général sympa tchipe mais avec goût, dommage que la piscine n’est accessible qu’une heure sur réservation le restaurant bon mais manque la petite touche d’assaisonnement pour être au top. Par contre la chambre fonctionnelle mais pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles douche rudimentaire, éviers bouchés, matelas pas confortable… par contre la guinguette au top que ce soit le Personel, l’endroit, l’ambiance, la nourriture… rien à redire merci

En effet, on nous a indiqué que les petits déjeuner etaient compris dans notre formule avec le spa sans supplement.
