Tout s'est très bien passé lors de notre séjour, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, bon emplacement de l'hôtel (merci à la réceptionniste de notre arrivée pour le bon plan permettant de rejoindre Lyon facilement :)) et parking gratuit. Le PDJ était copieux et varié, avec des produits de qualité. L'espace piscine/jacuzzi était propre et moderne. Nous avons donc passé un super séjour et nous le conseillons aux autres voyageurs ^^ PS : le bon plan est de stationner à Carré de Soie à Vaulx-en-Velin (parking gratuit), et de prendre le métro A dont le terminus est à côté ^^

Room was dirty. Dirty towels, bedding, coffee machine and floors. No slippers with bath robes for the spa. Spa facilities were limited to an hour a day even with the ‘spa room’. The spa was awful anyway and steam room stink of damp. The spa is nowhere near the pool either. This hotel is hardly ‘prestige’.

Un weekend entre amis avec des enfants au salon de l'équitation à Lyon. Arrivés vers midi le samedi et nous avons fait le check in, sans pour autant prendre les chambres, juste les clefs. Après le salon et les spectacle, à 1h du matin, nous constatons que la chambre à 4 n'était pas prête, le canapé lit n'était pas fait. Pas d'eau dans les chambres. Le lendemain nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le SPA car il fallait réserver à l'avance. On aurait pu nous avertir... Ces détails qui font toute la différences!
