I was very pleased with the extra care I received from the staff at the reception. From usual daily and night staff, their help was beyond their duty. The manager was also very helpful. Their customer service was beyond the remit of their duty.

The bed was very comfortable. However, the hot water in the shower was not working - VERY DISAPPOINTING. Furthermore, the staff offered no remedy - they did not have a repair person on site, and did not offer a discount for the inconvenience. This was quite unsatisfactory.

Très peu confortable

La chambre est vraiment très précaire limite comme un algeco amélioré avec une odeur d’égouts très désagréable. C’est très mal insonorisé et en plus on était en rez de jardin face au parking pas du tout agréable . La ventilation etait hyper bruyante nous avons très mal dormi je n’y reviendrai plus
