I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance.

Réservation effectuée pour passer le week-end à la fête des lumières. L'hôtel n'accueille pas de public car il est en travaux !!! Nous avons été débité, c'est inadmissible. J'exige un remboursement, c'est scandaleux de maintenir des réservations, et de ne pas les honorés!

L'annonce de l'hôtel sur Expedia indque un restaurant et le petit dejeuner. Ces services n'existent plus. De plus les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées alors qu'il faisant 3° dehors toute la nuit. Même si la propriété est très bonne sauf pour les moquettes dans les chambres Il faut rafraîchir cet établissement. Réception ouverte de 16h à 20h et personbe le matin. Ceci n'est plus acceptable de nos jours.

Un cumul de petites choses qui mène à un avis négatif global: 1. après réservation, je découvre dans ma confirmation que l'acceuil pour le check-in ferme à 20h. C'était peut-être écrit quelque part en petit. Donc faites attention à ce point. 2. Lors du check-in, une autorisation de débit de 100€ est demandé avec l'empreinte de carte bancaire, en guise de caution. Comme si l'état des chambres méritait une telle précaution ! 3. l'état du bâtiment de l'extérieur ne donne pas envie d'entrer. 4. Les chambres sentent mauvais l'odeur de cigarette et sont dans un état plutôt défraichi. 5. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le montant supplémentaire demandé. Bref, c'est sûr que je n'y retournerai pas.

Depuis le changement de propriétaire, je pourrais dire que c'est un hôtel fantôme pas d'accueil car l'accueil est fermé, on peut les contacter par téléphone mais très long de les avoirs plus de 10min pour avoir quelqu'un. Accès au parking pareil faut appeler donc de l'attente pour avoir quelqu'un au tel. Il n'y a plus de restauration le midi et soir sauf petit déjeuner le matin qui est tjrs possible. En un an c'est laisser a l'abandon, vieillot, une remise en état travaux devait être fait et c'est tjrs pas fait. C'est vraiment dommage car j'aimais bien le coin. Pratique avec transport en commun à côté pour rejoindre le centre ville. Franchement je ne reviendrai pas c'est un hôtel a fuire.

Hôtel dans son jus, un jus des années 90', avec tout se qui va avec, odeur état du mobilier, confort de la literie... Personne pour vous accueillir, si vous avez la chance d'avoir le '' propriétaire '' au téléphone il vous indique quelle est votre chambre dans un lot d'enveloppe caché dans le tiroir d'une vieille armoire. Après 21h00 plus personne décrochera ! J'ai croisé des personnes qui avaient réservé l'hôtel, mais à 23h00 personne n'a répondu. Ils ont dû chercher un autre hôtel... Seul dans un vieille hôtel, le début d'un bon film d'horreur

J'ai payé la chambre avec Hotel.com. Ils m'ont appelé a Mehdi pour m'informer de leur problème a savoir aucun humain, personne pour accueillir de 16h a 20h. Pour cette raison, ils m'ont demandé de prendre l'emprunte bancaire a distance. J'ai précisé que ça ne fonctionnait pas l'emprunte a distance (je viens tous les lundis depuis 3 mois dans cet hôtel donc je suis au courant). Ils ont essayé, ça n'a pas fonctionné. Ils m'ont demandé de leur faire un virement de 100 euros (avec un lien par mail) et qu'ils me rembourseraient les 100 euros. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel procédé. C'est ahurissant. Je leur ai demandé de trouver une autre solution étant cliente de leur établissement depuis 3 mois. Ils m'ont rappelé qu'à 19h36 (alors que j'étais quasiment arrivée) pour me dire de me débrouiller, qu'il ne me donnerait pas la clé, et aussi qu'ils ne me rembourseraient pas !! C'est inadmissible. Je souhaite que vous leur demandiez un remboursement. A 19h45, j'ai du trouver un autre hôtel en dernière minute. C'est une arnaque que cet hôtel a fait contre moi. Sans remboursement de leur part ou de la part d'hôtel.com je porte plainte. Je ne suis en aucun cas responsable du fait qu'ils ouvrent des chambres a la réservation alors qu'il n'y a strictement personne pour accueillir et remettre les clés !!!!

Perplexe... Mais vu le prix, ça va

Bon rapport qualité prix à proximité immédiate de Lyon. Attention quand même, la chambre est pas chère mais vous devrez rajouter le prix du parking si vous venez en voiture. Et les chambres doivent être libérées à 10h... Mais c est ecrit nulle part ! Ni dans la chambre, ni à l accueil. Et si vous dépassez c est 30 euros lol. C est un piège... Autre chose d étonnant aussi, on vous demande une caution de 100 euros à votre arrivée. Sinon, d extérieur on dirait un hôtel à l abandon, mais à l intérieur c est propre et le lit est confortable.
