merci aux filles Ă  l’accueil pour une arrivĂ©e tardive et de m’avoir bien aidĂ© Ă  trouver les clĂ©s. En revanche, pour le prix payĂ©, et surtout au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, ce n’est pas admissible d’avoir une douche avec un si faible dĂ©bit, j’ai eu des difficultĂ©s pour me rincer et prendre une vraie douche de ce nom

Le téléphone ne capte pas dans la chambre

Pas de réseau dans la chambre. Impossible donc d'utiliser mon téléphone. Cela m'a beaucoup retardée dans ma gestion des dossiers. Personnes à l'accueil sympathiques. Bouilloire et thé dans la chambre.

Bon choix pour notre cas

Nous avions choisi cet hĂŽtel parce que nous connaissons bien cette enseigne mais aussi parce qu’il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de la clinique de la Sauvegarde oĂč nous devions ĂȘtre prĂ©sents le lendemain matin trĂšs tĂŽt en Ă©vitant au maximun la circulation.

1 seule nuit sans restauration

chambre acceptable , quoi que un peu petite ( je ne sais pas a quoi sert ce sas d'entrĂ© qui fait perdre enormement de place a la chambre et on ne peux pas s'en servir ...) attention au dĂ©tails , une planche qui traine debout dans la penderie on ne sait pas pourquoi ... lavabo aillant un peu de mal Ă  s'Ă©couler ... Il manque un petit sourire a l'accueil ce qui n'empĂȘche pas celui ci d'avoir Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able . Ne pas oublier de prĂ©ciser pour le wifi sans code ( j'ai chercher un moment dans le chambre avant de comprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de code ) .

La chambre 016 avait une forte odeur (d'urine ou de café séché) qui ne c'est pas dissipée malgré une aération prolongée. J'hésite encore sur l'odeur car cela ne provenait pas forcément des toilettes mais plutÎt de la moquette. Bref heureusement que je ne restait qu'une nuit dans ce lieu.

Hotel de gamme moyenne, toutefois le prix semble un peu élevé. La restauration sur place est trÚs satisfaisante, diner et petit dejeuner. L'établissement est un peu vieillissant mais reste toutefois trÚs confortable. ( suppression de la baignoire au profit d'ne douche?)

L'hĂŽtel est situĂ© dans un parc des plus agrĂ©able. Parking avec portail automatique. L'Ă©quipe est jeune et sympathique. La chambre avec mobilier un peu vieillot, la salle de bain est tout Ă  fait correcte, la literie d'excellente qualitĂ©. L'ensemble Ă©tait trĂšs propre. Cependant le chauffage avait beaucoup de mal Ă  chauffer la chambre (0°C extĂ©rieur) et Ă©tait extrĂȘmement bruyant. Pour la deuxiĂšme nuit j'ai dĂ» demander une couette supplĂ©mentaire qui m'a Ă©tĂ© fournie avec le sourire. Bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires si l'on veut pouvoir fermer l'oeil.

Effraction véhicule du à incompétence

Pas de rĂ©ponse sur aucun tĂ©lĂ©phone pour l’ouverture du parking en soirĂ©e et donc obligĂ© Ă  laisser le vĂ©hicule dans la rue qui a Ă©tĂ© du coup subit une effraction, bris de glace et vol d’affaires. C’est inadmissible de ne pas avoir d’ouverture de grillle

Correct, point négatifs le petit déjeuner jusqu'à 9h c'est bien trop tÎt et lhomme de ménage qui vient faire le menage des 9h et ouvre alors quoln est encore là!
