Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the river and not far from Old Lyon. The room was nice and the amenities were good: The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

The receptionist who welcomed us was really kind but the following morning I walked the dog and when I returned I had to use a code to get in,which I was not made aware, buzzed three times and the female receptionist was at the desk ignoring the buzzer. The room was ok, bathroom looked a bit dirty. The location was close to the river and really enjoyed the walk with the dog

David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

Great hotel with a wonderful upgrade. Very convenient, great bed and linens and great shower. This was at the end of a cycling trip and they helped us with our bikes and arranging a hotel to the airport that would fit our boxed bikes. Close to old town and many restaurants.

Wonderful Stay – Special Thanks to Lukas! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and everything was spotlessly clean. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Lukas. Lukas is an exceptional hotel staff member kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. He recommended a charming, authentic local restaurant where we had one of the best meals of our trip. He even checked the weather forecast for us and offered us an umbrella before we headed out such a thoughtful gesture! Lukas is a true gem, and we’re so grateful for his help and hospitality. Location is good, close to river and walking distance to good restaurants. Room was clean and spacious, shower was hot and strong enough. Staff were professional and friendly, I had left my wallet behind after I checked out and the staff assisted me swiftly and were very helpful and professional. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great base point for exploring Lyon as it near the Tram 1 at Liberté, Metro D at Guillotière Gabriel Péri, and various bus lines. It is also very walkable to neighboring districts. Breakfast is very basic and needs a little work - they need to do something about the flies near the buffet table. The reception and maid staff are five-star: very nice and will help you with anything. I would stay again.

Booked this hotel due to it having parking so read the small print on the last page of terms. It was 26 degrees but as it was “winter” the air con wasn’t switched on and only did hot air. I was told to leave the window open in a busy town. We had no sleep as it was boiling. The breakfast was good and the lady that served us was brilliant

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very modern and clean. The shower was clogged when I first arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They said they would have their technician look at it but it never cooled the room down properly. After sweating in bed for hours unable to sleep I finally went downstairs and they provided me with a fan. I specifically chose this hotel because it had air conditioning. As I was leaving I found that the air conditioning unit had been leaking water all over the floor. For the price I paid to stay there for 3 nights I feel pretty taken advantage of to say the least.

Great reception and location but very dated.

This is a tiny hotel (few rooms) that makes a v-corner. It is well situated, 1 block away from the river and in a fairly quiet area. This is good because the walls and windows are fairly thin and you can easily hear what your neighbours are saying. My room was just outside the slow elevator so I was worried but the bathroom was closed off with a vestibule and no noise carried from my front door. The bed was comfortable and all required was there. However, everything in the room was old (not dated but well used). Holes in the curtain and bed cover, sheets with fuzz, etc. While all smelled clean, there were hairs in the shower and in the bed. Long story, I did not expect this from a BW at this price range. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. The reception staff were excellent, it was well located, and all seemed clean are the only positive comments I can make.
