Not a hotel. More like a student dormitory. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Shower and toilet dirty. They only clean surfaces. If so basic, the price should reflect.

hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

Hold dig langt væk!

Hotellet er gammel og fuldstændigt slidt. Det lever overhovedet ikke op til de billeder der er lagt på. Der var en rigtig stærk lugt i værelset som ikke kunne luftes ud. Toilettet lugtede af kloak. Hele værelset var slidt. Sengen var meget hård og ikke til at sove på. Vi blev nødt til at forlade hotellet dagen efter fordi det ikke var til at holde ud. Vi har tabt en masse penge pga dette hotel og kan ikke anbefales. Personalet var imødekommende og flinke det var det eneste positive ved dette hotel.

Nous avons pris le code de la chambre dans l'apres midi mais ne sommes arrivés dans celle ci que dans la soirée.(réception fermée) Une odeur nauséabonde extrêmement forte sortait des canalisations de la salle de bain. Même porte fermée, la nuit a était compliquée. Pour moi, soit la femme de ménage a remontée l'information et la direction est incompétente de relouer cette chambre sans faire intervenir un professionnel, soit la femme de ménage n'a rien dit et c'est elle l'incompétente. Bref aucune considération pour la clientèle dans cet établissement. Je passe entre 50 et 60 nuits par an dans des hôtels, c'est la 1ere fois que je note aussi sévèrement

Hébergement minimaliste

Hotel bien situé avec un parking. L'interaction humaine est réduite au maximum tout se passe en tapant un code. Chambres minimalistes vu le prix. Par contre rien a redire les fonctions sont assurées

Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas terrible pour le prix. Très peu de variété de nourriture et un seul type de pain. La chambre au dernier étage était très calme. Tout était propre. Parking payant et cher 12€/nuit

O hotel é bastante confortável e o quarto é suficientemente espaçoso, com banheiro privativo. O chuveiro é bom, e o aquecimento da água é rápido e estável. O serviço de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O hotel possui café da manhã buffet que pode ser contratado por dia a 9,90 euros. O local é silencioso, próximo ao Museu Lumière e a uma quadra do metrô linha verde, estação Monplaisir.

Très mal géré

Chambre à l’odeur désagréable- reflux de la salle de bain gênant- une lumière de chevet (murale) ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre- une carte d’identité est demandée en consigne à l’accueil sans signer aucun document de remise, ni de consentement (ce qui est interdit par la loi RGPD) pour prêt d’un sèche cheveux (petit revlon) - au moment du Check out, oubli de restitution de la pièce par le service d’accueil- appel de l’accueil (avec un numéro surtaxé uniquement) pour prévenir de l’oubli- on nous parle de la nécessité de parler à la responsable pour nous renvoyer la pièce en question. On nous prévient être tenus informés par mail, nous demandons alors s’ils ont bien le mail, l’hôtesse se rend compte que non, elle n’a pas notre contact. Nous demandons un mail pour avoir le contact direct, nous recevons un mail vide de texte avec le contact de l’hôtel. Je fais part sur cette adresse mail, de notre surprise à la réaction de l’agent d’accueil « vous n’avez pas demandé la pièce au Check out », explique que c’est mon conjoint qui a rendu le sèche cheveux, et a tout de même demandé si tout était ok pour le Check out.. la responsable en personne me répond après des excuses rapides pour la gène occasionnée que comme « justement il s’agit d’une pièce importante, les clients n’oublient pas en principe de la demander » et nous enjoint à envoyer une enveloppe affranchie à nos nom et adresse pour le renvoi de notre pièce.. un échange lunaire et inacceptable.

Séjour moyen

Séjour moyen, il ne faut pas s’attendre à du grand luxe évidemment mais c’est correct pour ce que c’est. Il y a effectivement une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain (comme vu dans les commentaires), des choses un peu bancales comme par exemple une grande plinthe sous la douche cassée et le lit est un peu dur mais ça fait l’affaire, c’est des détails peu gênants. Par contre, grosse déception concernant les petits déjeuners. Je n’ai pas réservé les petits déjeuners en même temps que la chambre car je séjournais la 1ere nuit avec ma sœur, et la deuxième nuit seule, je ne voulais tout simplement pas payer 4 petits déjeuners pour en consommer seulement 2 ou 3. Dans le descriptif de l’hôtel, il est indiqué qu’il est possible de consommer le petit déjeuner sur place moyennant un supplément de 8,90€ par personne (normal). Nous sommes arrivées au petit déjeuner à 7h, et on nous a dit que nous n’y avions pas droit car il fallait en fait réserver la veille. A aucun moment on nous as prévenus (ni la personne qui a fait mon check-in, ni l’hôtel, ce n’est marqué NUL PART dans l’hôtel ou sur le site), ma sœur n’avait pas énormément de temps devant elle, nous nous sommes retrouvées bredouilles, obligées de partir le ventre vide. Et aucun geste n’a été fait. Très déçue. Donc faites attention à ça lorsque vous réservez !
