"super clean. lots of free amenities including individually cooked breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms have been tastefully redone. The only thing less that five stars is the the remodel was done very quickly with some paint splatters etc. However the price is very reasonable.I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. "

"By far a disappointing stay. We booked because it had an 8.8 rating but this hotel was nothing short of a 3.7. It was a dirty, stinky abysmal room. The carpet was damp and smelled of urine. The light blinked on and off like a strobe light and the bathroom door did not close or lock. Not to mention the elevation doors were broken and they put us on the third floor. The only reason this is not an1 or 2 is because the shower had very good pressure and the water was hot. That was the only goood thing about this hotel. We don’t expect much for $120 these days but that is a lot
Of money for staying in filth. We would have been better at a motel 6 I believe. "
