"The food was excellent. The staff were helpful and Friendly. The room was clean, although there was no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything and the shower was leaking at the joint and the temperature control was very sensitive going from warm to very hot with just a minute adjustment."

Staff very helpful and friendly, specific James helped at the reception and Victoria at the Health Spa. Breakfast was great as it was a buffet. Nice supper and as well the bar meal with good prices. Great heated indoor and heated outdoor pool and heated outdoor with whirlpools. Will come soon again."

"The Lookout is in a great central location with a good sized car park, which you have to pay for separately. There is a bar behind the reception desk where we bought a drink. Our room was large and the bed clean and comfortable, but everything looked a bit tired- the cushions were stained and the curtains had a few holes. The bathroom was also large but dated. The breakfast was good and the hot items were well cooked. I would stay again, but I feel that a few updates are needed."

"It wasn’t to our taste though maybe golfers love it. Very noisy toilet, bathroom lighting like an operating theatre, huge echoing bedroom and sitting room which ought to have felt luxurious but were without cosiness or amenities that women guests in particular might want, eg somewhere nice to sit and put makeup on. Grand without being comfortable."
