"Checkin is 2-3pm, not 11am as per Expedia. Too conservative on resources, water dispensers are switched off, a/c is off in some rooms like gym, bathrooms didn’t smell good or fresh, etc Price was decent though considering alternatives."

"I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."
