Great location near the opera house, the junior suite was nice, very courteous staff and service oriented, a modest but delicious breakfast, the front desk supported our request for a late check out at 14:00

Kun maden var god.

På billederne er der buffet til morgenmad og det var der ikke. Personalet andre steder end receptionen var ikke engelsk talene, vi nåede ikke morgenmad første dag. Der var slåskamp ude foran hotellet da vi var ude og ryge om aften og værelserne var meget forskellige og det ene var meget småt. Vi kunne til tider føle os utrygge i området om aften også lige ude foran da der ikke virkede til at være nogen medarbejdere om aften/natten. Dog var maden til aftensmad ekstrem lækker! Mens værelserne og personalet var skuffende. Vi ville ikke booke igen, men vi kommer nok for at spise.

Even in the website is written that they have parking, they don't have, they talk about public parking in the street. We were 2 nights. Breakfast ok, no hot water during the 2 mornings, so no shower. Location is perfect, but unfortunately I would not repeat

Excellent location with exceptional dining. Staff was exceptionally kind (helping track down an item left in an Uber) and the room itself was up to date, clean and very comfortable.

I liked that it was in the city center but for a standard room I was expecting what was showed to me in photo of a full size bed and larger room but it was not. Room too small, bed too small. Front desk staff was mediocre. Overall mediocre.

Hotel has excellent central location. Single room good with nice step in shower. Had arranged with hotel to be collected from airport but no one turned up. No acknowledgment or apology from hotel. Lobby small and austere with no visitor guides literature etc. Breakfast room dining room very nice but breakfast spread was modest with no extended choice

Ok hotel - men ikke 4-stjernet.

Måtte skifte værelse under ophold. Morgenmaden var bestemt ikke noget særligt og sket ikke 4-stjernet. Sur dame i receptionen da vi spurgte om isterninger. Dejlig beliggenhed - virkelig gode senge. Meget larm.
