"We had wonderful time there for 4 nights. The hotel is very clean. All the staffs are very nice. They changed our room without hesitate to satisfy us. The hotel is right beside Nile River. It is a beautiful place."
"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and our room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the River Nile. The room was well maintained, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Free WiFi, it worked very well in the main areas of the hotels but dropped out in our room on occasion. Lots of space in the bathroom for your toiletries, shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Bed and pillows were really comfortable.
We stayed on a half-board basis and were pleased with the food throughout our stay. The food was consistently good and we always found something we enjoyed.
A special mention should go to the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. In particular both Ahmed and Amhed provided excellent service throughout our stay and helped make our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The swimming pool area was clean and well looked after, providing a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing.
The area around the hotel was also very clean and felt safe to walk around.
The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Luxor on foot. We were able to walk to Luxor Temple, the Mummification Museum, Luxor Museum, and even Karnak Temple, making it a great base for sightseeing.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with good food, excellent service, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again."
"The room was nice and check in easy. I didn't like that the room faced an open area that was like an atrium with restaurants. I thought I chose a Nile view, but was surprised with the lack of a view and noise. They did stop the music at 10pm. That said, it's still one of the best hotels in the area and it was pretty."
"expect OK receptionist but all staff are rude and racist and don’t want to work. The way my mother was treated, absolutely unacceptable. What I mean by they don’t want to work. I was turned away from two separate restaurants on property claiming you needed a reservation when there was clearly open tables. I walked out and found a manger. She follows up with, “we’re not busy enough right now to need reservations”. Very unfortunate and comfy feel that I ever had to deal with that."
"We had a great stay. The property was clean and within walking distance of the Luxor temple and Karnac. The associated restaurant was very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again."
"Not the best conditions, where do I start , the door didn’t have a way to luck the inside, shower never work, towels old and grey stead of white. I didn’t want to have breakfast beacause I ca only imagine the kitchen . Bathroom with mold…. And many more"
