"A good hotel in a central location in the city, close to Luxor Temple and the market. There were a lot of flies around the swimming pool, and I’m not sure why, but this is something the hotel should look into. The vendors who have shops inside the hotel should not be so pushy with hotel guests. They constantly insist that you come into their shops or buy something. This really annoyed me, and I found myself trying to avoid walking past them. The biggest problem, however, is what happens as soon as you leave the hotel. Dozens of vendors, taxi drivers, and horse-carriage drivers approach you, and their behavior can be extremely rude, aggressive, and pushy. It makes it very difficult to walk around and enjoy the area. Another negative point is that the hotel does not allow guests to bring food from outside, while at the same time the restaurants inside the hotel are very expensive, making it difficult to eat there regularly. Overall, it is a good hotel in a convenient location, but there are several things that could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable and welcome."

"I’m fully happy with Pyramisa Hotel Luxor. Words cannot describe the beauty of this location. If heaven on earth needs to be seen it is here. We stayed there for 2 days, my kids loved it . We could see fabulous Nile view from our room. The calmness of Nile with backdrop mountains is beyond description. Staffs were phenomenal. The manager Wael allowed us to stay beyond check out for easiness of travel before flight . I would definitely recommend and will be staying there next time as well. Keep it up Pyramisa Hotel."

"This was my second visit to the Djorff Palace and it was every bit as good as the first. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the Nile close to the valley of the kings. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with an excellent air conditioning unit. Relaxing pool area with great sun beds set up daily with towels. Great breakfast and freshly cooked meals at lunchtime and dinner time, with daily changing menu. A huge bonus is the hotel’s own river boat that will take you across the Nile for free or down to the old town centre for a small charge and will then bring you back when your ready to return. Would highly recommend…."

"Excellent hospitality!!! Mr Musa was beyond helpful and kind. The food was yummy I give 10/10 to the chef!!! The staff were helpful and kind well mannered. If you want to experience the village side of the country Nile panorama hotel is the beat choice . My family/kids and I enjoyed staying there alot . I recommend this place !!!"
