Staff very friendly, locked carpark at night so safe, room walls are sloped so have to be carefull especially men using toilet. Coffee and tea available in room. Clean towels and bed sheets, beds were a bit springy for my liking but was only for a few hours sleep so not a problem. Bit of a musty smell in hallways again not a major issue. Price was cheap which was ok as only needed it for a few hours sleep before going to airport which if your driving was about 11 mins away.

I was surprised by size of room and bathroom with good shower and a/c. Free parking and friendly, courteous staff. Will definitely return again especially when you consider the value vs. Chain other chain hotel.

Awful experience, would never return. The staff were extremely hostile. I booked a double room but when they saw me walking to my room with my partner, who didn’t check in with me, unbelievably decided to intervene and say “no guests” were allowed! I explained I had booked and paid for a double room but there were adamant my partner would not be allowed to stay in the room. I had to argue and show them my online booking reservation to prove the fact I had booked a double room. They backed down but no apology whatsoever. Just unbelievable - I’ve never experienced this before.

hotels.com assured me The Luton Hotel had 24 hr reception, however the hotel is certain it closes it’s front desk at 22:00, consequently I have no idea how good the hotel is as I had to book somewhere else at the last possible minute… I do not blame the hotel, I blame hotels.com for not doing their due diligence.
