Probably the best customer service ever!

Without a doubt, the friendliest team I have ever seen in a hotel… and that includes some high end ones as well. The owner clearly makes service a focus area. As for the hotel, it was what you’d expect for the money paid.

The room was very clean. No attraction place nearby but very close to Luton Airport perfect for business trips. Food in the restaurant was good but not something special.I like the bed, it's very good quality and the bathrooms is very clean.

A great place to stay

Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a family member in the area. Hotel room was large and nice double shower with all toiletries by Crabtree & Evelyn. Tea & coffee and a small fridge in the room. There was a small issue with my towels on arrival but this was soon sorted by housekeeping. Had two evening meals at the hotel which were very nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet, and on the bus route.

Ridiculous parking charges

Really gone downhill since previous stays. Cannot believe they now charge £7 a day for parking when it’s in the middle of nowhere. Room tired and carpet stained, needs a refurb.

So much noise… kids running up and down the corridors from early evening to close on midnight People shouting snd laughing, had disturbed sleep and I’ve stayed in this hotel more tha 20 times! Is this hotel housing people because I noticed children in school uniforms arrive after school?

I wont stay here again

A major let down to the Hilton brand. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, even the bedding was bad, felt a bit like sandpaper. Room service food was excessively oily and flavourless. In my view a considerable let down to the parent brand

Awful hotel do not book/stay.

Hotel was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. Room was dirty, full of stains and had clearly been sprayed with air freshener. Bed was uncomfortable and marked as were the pillows. Reception staff uninterested in our views. No room service or facilities available when we arrived after a long drive. Really disappointing. Booked a Queen room but were given a standard double.

Don’t ever give your credit card, I they ask for my credit card and they charge me 10 pounds I go in the room and around 12 AM I start to received email from my bank that my card was used for many transactions, I run to reception to see what’s happening, the person at the reception who asked for the card finished the shift, it was another person and when she looked at the details, the previous receptionist ordered food and whiskey with my card for over 300 CAD. I called the bank and blocked the card. For this reason, I could not leave the room for fear of theft from my luggage and decided to leave the hotel without staying until the next day when I had my flight. I hope that EXPEDIA will do something and protect its customers from such hotels. Thank, Monica 🇨🇦

Hotel having building refurb not informed of this this when booking, temp entrance not well signposted. Still charged full price plus £10 overnight parking charge, were not told that breakfast was cheaper if booked on arrival. Room very scruffy and carpet so dirty with what looked like oily stains all over. Breakfast was like a building site canteen. Not warned in advance of any of this and should not have been charged normal price for substandard service, would never have booked had we known. Not worth £125 including breakfast, extremely disappointed.
