"This hotel is wonderful. Our room 'apartment' was spacious and very nice with a fully equipped kitchen. The local was great. A block from the metro to take you to city center, also it is only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The staff was warm and welcoming. The only thing that could be better was a TV in the bedroom area. We enjoy watching TV in bed."

"Hotel was as described, staff very helpful but the air conditioning is not manageable from your room and I couldn't sleep as it was too hot. Also it's by a very busy main road so noisier than expected you couldn't have the window open. "

The location worked for us — away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but near enough to get there within minutes via Uber which is inexpensive in Portugal. The room, daily breakfast, service, ambiance — all lovely! Shout out to Anna and Leonel at the front desk who were very helpful with our needs. Thanks, Anna, for helping me track my Parfois package and going out of your way to call their customer service. We will definitely be back at this hotel."
