「Nothing close to what was advertised; no WIFI; Electricity problems; location not same as advert....」

「Arrived at the hotel to be told we didn't have a booking and they had.not been on your books for 4 yrs Advise by owner and taxi driver that it was not safe for us to stay in the area as it was the poorest part of town We had to find alternate accommodation late in the afternoon at a cost of over $600,this was a very stressful situation for 2 females I have used Expedia several times in the past with no problems I feel that i should be re embursed for out of pocket expenses」

「There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies. The wifi was there but in my room there was not signal. We were there for business, amd we cant work efficiently in that kind of environment. So we wanted to shorten our stay at this lodge, but...

「We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! It was the worst service and experience to date...

「I reserved this guest house for my little brother's first night in Lusaka. He was arriving late unexpectedly (was supposed to be 10PM, but was actually midnight). I tried calling and messaging the guest house with their contact phone, but no one picked up and there was no way to leave a message.
