「I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.」

「Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. Looks as though she stayed in her car in the lot and...

「I was cautious at first by the appearance at the entrance, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was simple but clean, staff was pleasant, housekeepers were nice. I had absolutely zero complaints. If youare looking for fancy this isn't for you. If you want simple affordable and clean go ahead and book」

「We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.」

「This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.」

「The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.」

「The room was clean but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Then it started to beep every 20 seconds. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The shower needs to be updated and the shower curtain had mode on it. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. For a one night stay was ok. But I wouldn’t recommend stay for several days until they get everything functional.」
