"This location had everything we were needing. The breakfast was great and had a good healthy variety. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Plus a gym. I used the laundry as well and it was clean and inexpensive which was a nice surprise. Will book again next time in Vernon. "

"Over billed me and we’re slow to return the refund. It has taken several calls thus far and the response is always the same - we’ve processed on our end but it will take time to show up on your credit card yet it never shows up. Be careful what you allow them to pre-authorize on your card. "

"Great location and good price. The cleaning was good but the maid never replaced the dirty mugs and glasses we used. (We were there 4 nights). The hotel was quite noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to a hockey team(S) staying there. The team bus pulled up each night at about 1 am (with back up horns) and the 20-30 players streamed through the halls talking and opening and closing doors. They weren’t doing anything wrong but it was quite a racket from 1-2 AM both nights. "

"We used the hot tub and it was a good temperature but has a bunch of dead flies in it. Eek We do really like this hotel. "

"Plugs were not secure in the wall and I did not want to risk electrocuting myself. The room was unclean with multiple cobwebs and the floor feeling extremely dirty. The tub dripped and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Not only that but the door did not lock properly so a chair was used as a fail safe. If zero stars could be given it would be. "
