This hôtel has to close !!! Réception not friendly and helpful ! Maintenance of the room 0 Maintenance of the hotel 0 Cleaning 0 And I slept only 3 hours between the water discharge in the piping the doors from the neighbors without forgetting the noise from the road…

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une très mauvaise expérience car les chambres sont sales et presque hors service ! (Meuble avec un pied cassé non réparé, peinture décollé au plafond et murs, manque les joints d'étanchéité de la salle de bain, les robinets qui ne sont pas fixés encore et encore). L'image ne reflète pas du tout la réalité et nous n'avons pas été dans une suite comme nous avons réservé mais dans une chambre basique. Horrible hôtel avec leurs 4 étoiles achetées !!! Comment un hôtel comme ça est affiché sur votre application ???

Yeni Otel Nasıl Böyle Berbat Olabilir Ki

Otel dışarıdan lüks duruyor ancak tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen dökülen duvarlar küf lekeli mobilyalar yırtılmış yatak kenarları var. İçerisi ben gittiğimde 17.5 dereceydi ve içerisini ısıtana kadar 1.5 saat geçti. Sadece klima var ve inanılmaz ses yapıyor. Bu sebeple gece yarısı kapatmak zorunda kaldım fakat sabaha karşı üşüdüm. En büyük sorun ise SICAK SU SORUNU. Şaka gibi ama gerçek sıcak su hortumdan akıyor gibi tazyiksiz. Sıcak suyu açık bırakınca 3-4 dk da bir suyun akış hızı artıyor yani net bir hidrofora bağlı sistem sıkıntılar var. Odada çalışma masası yok. Pencere ise zor kapanıyordu ve içeriye ses giriyordu. Elimi götürdüğünde içeriye rüzgar girdiğini hissettim. Çıplak ayakla yürüyünce ayaklarımın altı kirlendi bu da iyi temizlenmediğinin göstergesi. Küvetin yanına ki cam çatlamış ve su lekesi nedeniyle kireçten diğer taraf gözükmüyordu. Ayakkabı cilası kullanırken sünger ile tutma yeri birbirinden ayrıldı o kadar dandikti. Tüm bunların yanında yatak rahat ve güzeldi check-in ve check-out hızlıydı personel ilgiliydi. Bir daha kalacağımı sanmam önermem de çevremdekilere.

BİR DAHA ZOR..

Keşke dış görünüşü gibi içide güzel olsaydı.Bir gece konakladım.Bir daha asla... Odadaki banyo havluları delik deşik.Resepsiyondaki görevli bayana söylüyorum .sadece yüzeme bakıp gülüyor.Odadaki halı kir içinde .sadece banyosu güzeldi. Yatak çarşafları temiz değildi.

Düğün gecem berbat oldu...

Cidden vasattı. Pisti. Yeni açılmış bir işletme nasıl bu kadar bakımsız olabilir merak ettirdi. Ses yalıtımı yoktu, klima soğutmuyordu ve kaldığımız odanın banyosunun kapı kolu düşüyordu. Banyonun yanındaki cam yarıdan kırıktı ve bantla bir arada kalıyordu. Fakat bant da sıcak suya maruz kaldığı için banyo yaparken endişe ettim. Ayrıca suyun ısınması için 10 15 dk boşa akması gerekiyor bu da oldukça saçma ve müsrifçe bir şey.

Çölde susuz kalsanız su içmeye gitmeyin.

Bir arkadaşımın düğünü sonrası kalacak yer arıyorduk burayı bulduk, süit oda tuttuk çoğu şeyin iyi olması umuduyla ama hiçbirşey iyi değildi. Televizyon izlemek için koltuğa oturup ayaklarımı masaya uzattığım zaman masanın ayaklarının kırık olduğunu gördük, masa dağıldı, neyse başkası yapmıştır dedik geçtik. Duş almak için duşa girdim sıcak su yok süit odada. Bunları lobiye söylemek için telefona yöneldim, telefonun kablosu kopuk. Neyse bari yatalım dedik süit odada çift kişilik yatak iki tekli yatağın birleşimi. En sonunda odamızı değiştirmek istedik odadan odaya koşturduk elimizde eşyalarla gecenin 3'ünde. Kötü olabilir diye tahmin ediyorduk ama bu kadar olacağını tahmin edemedik, felaketler silsilesi. Sonuç olarak, kalmayın.

Also wir sind in dieses Hotel weil die Hochzeit meiner Cousine dort war Wir haben eingecheckt und ich habe erfahren das alle anderen nur die Hälfte gezahlt haben Danach sind wir aufs Zimmer es war eisig kalt Die klima funktionierte nicht Die toilette war nicht sauber geputzt Es lief nur braunes dreckiges wasser Dann haben wir das zimmer gewechselt und sind erst nachts nach der hochzeit wieder ins zimmer die klimaanlage war auch hier kaputt und wir sind bis morgens erfroren im zimmer gab es keine dicken decken nur ein Leinentuch Das Zimmer hat nach kläranlage gestunken und die duschbrause war auch kaputt Das frühstück ist aufgarkeinen fall fünfsterne niveau es gab keinen saft das wasser war ungenießbar das brot war abgepackt es gab kein obst kein omlett kein richtiger kaffee nur instantpulver also auch miserabel Auch nachdem wir uns beschwert haben hat sich keiner drumgekümmert Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auf keinen fall Es verdient seine 5 sterne nicht Der spabereich war nicht nutzbar weil er noch nicht fertig ist Ich will mein Geld zurück

Otel yeni, odaları oldukça geniş ve konforlu. Temizlik konusunda gayet iyi. Fakat otelin çalışanları sayı bakımından yetersiz, beceri bakımından da tecrübesiz. Örneğin gayet yeterli bir kahvaltı menüleri var fakat çayın suyu, çatal, tabak, bardak, malzemeler sürekli bitiyor ve takip eden olmuyor. Ya da check-in için temizliğin bitmesi ya da resepsiyonda for doldurma işlerinin organize edilmesi için uzunca bekleyebiliyorsunuz. Yabancı dil sorunu da var. yabancı arkadaşlarımızın ihtiyaçları için refakat etmek durumunda kaldık. Genelmolarakmotelden memnun yönetiminden ve organizasyonundan birqz muzdarip ayrıldık.

Otel iyi ama eksikleri var.

Otelin yapımında kullanılan malzemeler çok iyi olsa da önemli tasarım problemleri var. Pencerelerden bazılarının açılma açısı ve pervaz yüksekliğinin aşırı düşük olması nedeniyle güvenlik açığı var, özellikle çocuklar bu pencerelerden aşağıya düşebilirler. Banyolarda havlu asmak için yeterli askılık yok. Çalışmak için bir masa sandalye yok. Oda büyük ama yeterli dolap/portmanto yok. Odayı ve oteli tanıtan kılavuzlar bulunmuyor; televizyonda hangi kanallar mevcut onu bile zaplaya zaplaya bulabiliyorsunuz.

Road Trip

The hotel is in a great location, however it wasn't finished. The windows had no safety systems on them so you could open them wide and we were on the 3rd floor The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was a set meal and wasn't the best The room we had was a suite and very spacious but wasn't finished

Outdoor pool is closed !!!

The outdoor pool is closed (we stayed here in the month of August 2017). The breakfast staff were very unattentive to the customers. They were also very slow to replace food items that ran out in the breakfast buffet. We waited for boiled eggs for 15 minutes, but they never came. Ended up asking for an omelette, which they charged us for TL10. Room was good size (suite). Reception staff not very friendly. Doesn't even smile or greet customers at all.
