Just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the young man on reception went above and beyond in his assistance for which I am very grateful. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the centre of Lulea and having the parking there makes it very easy. Will definitely use again.

Very comfortable hotel at the heart of Luleå

I had a very comfortable stay at Savoy in Kiruna. Bed was exellent and room was clean and in good condition. Parking is conveniently accessible and reasonably priced. The hotel is located at the best possible location that you can think of. It is very close to bus and railroad stations and also close to walking street at the city center where all services and shops are located.

A great hotel I want to stay at again!

I like the atmosphere and that the whole hotel feels so fresh! Love the breakfast buffét which contains things that are rare for bufféts. But, since I think about the environment and choose to only have room cleaning one day during my stay. But this time I think that the bathroom cleaning was sloppy made and not thourough. Else everything was perfectly cleaned!

Amazing breakfast! Only thing that drags the score down is the fact that there weren’t any bathrobes accessible for the spa. I saw others use them but they weren’t in the spa nor on the room. How to get them? Perhaps put up a sign?

We liked the early check and garage facilities, the personell were very helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. However the room was in no way up to expectations. Room number 1 was dirty, brown stains on the quilt and lots of hair and crumbs in the bed and other things around the room including a broken bed. Room number 2 was also dirty but not as bad as number 1, the beds were clean but we found items like grapes and wine corks in the curtains. The bathroom was ok but the thermostat on the shower could not be set, once you found the right water temperature and let go of the tap, the tap moved itself hotter and hotter until you are scalded, this resulted in ome hand being on the tap at all times which made it difficult to shower. We ordered a deluxe room to have a better quality room but found out that the extra money paid only resulted in a slightly bigger room with lots of worn out furniture in it. I would not recommend the deluxe room.
