Nice hotel with superb location. Staff super friendly and really tried to make our stay as good as possible. Routines and training of staff have room for improvement. Would stay here again and recommend it.

This hotel is spendid. Its very clean, staff is kind. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious. However with the location, the street and area look very poor. The street badly needs a repavement. If you enjoy spending all day at the beach, maybe hit the bar or restaurant later and sleep, this is the perfect place. Overall id give it a 10/10

This hotel is very close to the beach. The room was very clean and spacious. There was complimentary toothbrushes and shampoos for every guest. There is a good restaurant with tasty food. Breakfast was free and many options to choose from. I would go back to this place so I surely recommend it to anyone who likes quiet vacation.

Very nice hotel. Looks new inside and out. Surprisingly large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice balcony. Lareg bathroom with large walk-in shower. The public spaces are very nice, especially the outdoor seating area and front entrance with beautiful trees and flowers. Private beach right across the street is also excellent. The only negative is the brusque attitude i received from the manager. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and hospitality as he came across as downright rude for no reason at all. Without him this is 5 stars all the way

We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the place more each day. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well built and they have spared no expense to get the best materials. The food is delicious and abundant. Breakfast is included and it is very generous and very high quality food. If you could think of it, they had it. The wood fire pizza was very good. We look forward to returning to Sole Luna in Borsh, Albania again. Shumë faleminderit!

Great hotel in amazing location.

Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere. We booked a family suite which was perfect for the 4 of us as it gave our 2 teenagers a separate adjoining bedroom. Cleaners came daily with new towels & the place was spotless. Rooms had soundproofing which was great so never heard other guests. The bed had quite a hard mattress but that would be my only note and to be honest it was so much better than sleeping on a mattress that is too soft! Little supermarket and lots of beach restaurants a couple of minutes walk away but no noise problems. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely hope to come back and visit soon.

The most unprofessional service people, specialy in tje breakfast, the most a guy with glassss and big stomach, they all hated people with another color? They always had a bad comment and always wanted to right us. Very bad behavior. I got a very bad feeling of albania

Overall experience was good. The receptionist staff and beach staff were great. Restaurant staff rude and poor service. It took 15 minutes for a beer. No napkins plates or silverware. One of the staff members on, two separate dining occasions, was annoyed at questions we had. Food was very expensive and not worth it. Breakfast was Ok but repeated buffet style. Rooms were perfect size and cleaning staff were wonderful. Beds were very very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on wood planks. Beach bathrooms were very clean! I suggest using the market on the corner for water and drinks.

The property is very new, clean and very well put together. Marbles from floor to ceiling in the bathrooms, huge smart tv and great food. The service in the other hand is horrible… my family felt as we were prisoners rather than guests… my mother in law was not allowed to visit her 7-month old nephew in my room Because she was not staying in the hotel, but she was welcomed to see him in the hotel restaurant… embarrassing!! How can a self-acclaimed 4-star hotel does not allow food from its own restaurant in the room?!? How can that hotel not have room service?! You are suppose to be a holiday hotel, not business. I would never step foot in this hotel again. If I have to give a 10 will only be for the waiter, Artid, excellent person.

Først det positive: Virkelig dejlige værelser - store, rummelige, rene og komfortable. Meget skabsplads, godt badeværelse, smuk udsigt. Rigtig sød mand i receptionen, samt rengøring. Hotellet ligger smukt lige ned til stranden. Dejligt med håndklædeservice. Så det negative: Hotellet er virkelig overpriced. Dårlig morgenmadsbuffet. Den private strand er helt pakket med mennesker og liggestolene står helt tæt. Folk reserverer stole med håndklæder, når vi kom til stranden kl. 08.00 om morgenen var vi heldige hvis vi fik en plads på 3. række. Jeg ville bestille et andet sted og bo og så købe mig en plads på stranden på et de andre strandbarers liggestole, som er meget hyggeligere og slet ikke så fyldte hvis jeg skulle til Borsh igen. Maden på hotellet er den dårligste jeg har fået i hele den måned vi rejste rundt i Albanien. Man må ikke spise mad på værelset. Det var virkelig et problem for os med to små børn. Strandbaren var virkelig træls udover at maden var dårlig. Deres exchange rate er også helt urimelig. Så anbefaler at bruge kort. De spurgte også eksplicit om drikkepenge når vi købte ting i strandbaren - som ikke engang blev serveret - men fx. en is fra deres fryser.

Ótimo hotel embora região com poucos recursos. Alimentação OK no próprio hotel. Não conhecem porta de box o que molha muito o banheiro quando se toma banho. Luz do banheiro apaga sozinha quando se está tomando banho e não tem interruptor para manter acesa.

Mi è piaciuto soggiornare in questo hotel, con la sua spiaggia attrezzata molto bella proprio davanti e il parcheggio privato. L’hotel è pulito, la colazione varia e buona. Non mi è piaciuto che l’interno dei mobili al nostro arrivo non erano stati puliti, quindi li ho dovuti passare con una salvietta e la pulizia della nostra stanza veniva fatta intorno alle 14.00 orario in cui con 40 gradi fuori avrei preferito riposare in stanza, un pomeriggio in cui mi sono fermata per mezz’ora proprio intorno all’orario di pulizia, la stanza non è più stata pulita.

Incrivel praia em frente ao hotel que serve uma pizza tb muito boa. Uma das coisas mais legais sao o staff do hotel, principalmente as meninas da recepção. Todas 2 um doce de pessoa. O quarto é bem amplo, novo e limpo. Tem café da manhã e arrumacao diária. Gostamos de tudo, recomendo e voltaria com certeza
