「Convenient area. Responsive and helpful host. There’s a park across the street I was able to go to and workout/walk. Felt safe and was able to rest comfortably at night. 」

「The hotel Villa Serena is close to shopping and dining. My room was very small. Even dough there is a small area where they can put a small table. For the luggage or personal things. Is good that it has great AC and hot water. And Wi-Fi. That is a plus. It is a little bit noisy. But I that might be normal. Overall is comfortable enough to spend the night. The staff was very nice also. Very helpful. 」

「Terrible service from Hilton. I've stayed at the Hilton many times and the quality of service has gone down drastically. In December I paid for 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a room with one queen and one twin size. I didn't get reimbursed for the different room we got. April, I had the same situation happen. They recieved payment for a room with 2 queen size beds, and they did not provide the room we paid . They stated it was because they overbooked, what a coincidence the same...

「The room was clean and spacious with A/C. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. A full breakfast is included from 6-9am, and it’s quite good! But, you have to tell them which breakfast you’d like and the time to serve it to you, the day/night before. This hotel is in an ideal location, right next door to Galerias Mall which has an amazing Food Court that serves everything from various American fast food chains to traditional Salvadorean dishes (pupusas, tamales, riguas, atole, horchata,...

「I paid for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but when we came down a 8:30 am they just ran out of food. They told us to come down early to get some food. One morning we asked for OJ and told us they ran out it. Interesting concept, come early to eat. 」
