"Tutto perfetto"

"This was my 5th visit to Treviso and my first time staying here. The location is excellent - a short walk from Piazza Signori, the Duomo and the train station. While I was alone, I stayed in the suite which has 2 large bedrooms, a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. It was extremely comfortable and there was virtually no sounds from the street. The common area is tastefully decorated with very high quality coffee which I enjoyed each morning. While the checkout time is early (10am), I appreciated that I was given an additional hour to allow me stay until I went to get my train back home. I’ll certainly see if I can stay here on my next visit to Treviso. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s an extremely comfortable property and great value for money. "

"I had an excellent stay from start to finish. I received clear instructions to access the property. The room was clean and lovely. The facilities were more than adequate for my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s very close to transport links to the airport and Venice city."

"An excellent stay in Treviso! This room exceeded my expectations! It was clean well appointed with a very clean and accessible, shower and bathroom. I love the woodwork and the ability to look out over the square. I had a challenging time trying to find it, but the staff bent over backwards to meet me and help me find a place where I can park and stay. This place is walking distance to the old city, and I enjoyed some great walks, seeing the canals of Treviso and an excellent pizza dinner. For any future travelers, I would greatly recommend this place. As you come into the older city, you will pass a older wooden bridge over the river. Immediately there is a small cobblestone street that I would suggest you turn right and go down that street and then park at the back initially. The apartment then is around the corner in the small square. You can buzz for them to come down and let you in and get a parking pass for a parking lot just across the river on the other side of a very short distance distance away. Nevertheless, the staff was absolutely tremendous and incredibly helpful and I thank them profusely for going that extra mile for me. Thank you again for an incredible stay."

"Small room but works for 1, with a large balcony. Near to train station and old town. Breakfast good but nothing special. Keys harder to lose than a swipe card i guess."

"Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush toilets or use any of the washer (which was the main reason we booked). Again we called, the person we spoke with said we had to go through hotels.com as that's who we booked with. I contacted them through their online chat where the agent I was chatting with called the hotel group, was told they were aware of the water and had no timeline for when it would be turned back on. They told the agent a refund would be provided. We checked out and booked elsewhere. 24 hours later we were sent an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel will not provide a refund per their cancellation policy. I have been back and forth with hotels.com and the company and they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from here. On top of this the room was dingy and stained. It was not very clean or comfortable. "
