Room was extremely clean, the staff was exceptionally courteous, specially Violet from Salamanca. Generally it was a very pleasant stay at both Exe's, Salamanca and Lugo.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Exe Puerte de San Pedro. The staff is wonderful. The front desk staff, Celtia, Moise and Edward were very helpful, kind and patient wtih my questions.It is close to many things to see in Lugo.

The person on the front desk when we arrived was very rude and our baggage we had to look for because he did not tell us if it had arrived or anything. The rest of the staff was amazing. We were on the 6th floor which was very loud.

The place was very clean, the staff friendly and professional! The hotel was located less than a block from the station with tons of dining options, 2 blocks to La Muralla. I would most definitely stay there again.

Just a short walk from the city gate we found this was a handy location to visit Lugo. The room was clean and the WiFi was fast , the bathroom was well equipped but the shower over the bath lacked any power. There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea making supplies which we found odd. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived by train which was an 18 minute walk up a steep hill and no buses appeared to travel close to the hotel area so be prepared. I’d highly recommend Lugo for at least 2 days to see the Roman sites. We didn’t try breakfast as cheaper alternatives are available in the town a few minutes walk away. Overall a great secure place to stay if visiting Lugo.

Located very close to the wall, and old city, however, the blocks around this hotel are not very clean or friendly, maybe because is located too close to the bus station. Parking on the garage is very difficult and limited.

Un hotel con una excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación muy conveniente. Lo único negativo es que si estas en una habitación dando a la calle, no hay suficiente insonorización para bloquear el ruido de la gente en las terrazas y tabernas de noche. Así que mejor con tapones!
