「Generally good. The room is clean and simple but it is a pity that my floor without lift and I had to carry my heavy luggage go upstair to my room and downstair when check out」

「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「Clean and cozy. Close to the tram station. 5 mins by tram or 20 mins by walk you can get to the train station. A little bit expensive but worth it cause it provides us a lovely start of our Swiss trip. Will come back if go to Zurich again.」

「The hotel was great overall. It was connected to a McDonald’s and had a restaurant in the hotel, which was a decent spot after a long day of touring. Though our room was muggy and didn’t ever really cool down, we had space to move around. 」

「酒店不在市区，不过不影响住宿体验。酒店比较新，装修也时尚。周边商务楼，看到有旅行团入住。房间不大，但设计不错，盥洗室全透明且设计合理。楼下有超市方便。」

「The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.」

「離火車站很近，去機場的巴士站也很方便，到中央車站也是20分鐘左右，車站的另一頭有超市跟一些餐廳非常方便」

「Wonderful hotel - very kind staff and very comfortable rooms. The amenities were all really new, it’s in a convenient location (walkable distance from Zürich HB), and we had an amazing stay. If we ever visit Zürich again, we will for sure stay here again!」

「Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice」
