Great room - hotel a bit too busy

Overall a pleasant stay. Location was good - about 1 km from the old city centre in Lüneburg and with a nice park area just outside the hotel. Our room (suite) was very nice and spacious. It was located at the far end of the corridor which may explain the very poor WiFi - we never managed to get a connection. Hotel seemed a bit too busy/crowded. Long line at check-in - long waits for elevators - crowded breakfast restaurant - etc. Staff was friendly, though. And then I missed an electric kettle or other ways to make a cup of coffee in the room. Do german hotels not have that?

Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: gute Parkmöglichkeiten unter dem Hotel (aber: 10 Euro/Nacht), Citynah, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, direkt an der Salztherme Salü Negativ: Schlechter Instandhaltungszustand, fremdes Haar auf dem Kopfkissen, allgemein nicht gut sauber, keine Annehmlichkeiten außer Seifen- und Duschgelspender, man kann definitiv erst 15 Uhr einchecken (da waren andere Hotels bisher jedes Mal - wirklich jedes Mal! - kulant)

Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant
