「Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a...

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. 「As others have said, the hotel is dated but clean. I guess, if they were to upgrade, the rate would be giher. The room has everything that is needed. I spent most of the time out anyway, so it didn't matter too much. The breakfast is basic but there is plenty of food - you want go hungry, just limited choice. There is no 24-h fitness centre that is advertised in the listing - they did away with the gym. The staff are very genuine and helpful. Location is perfect - 3 min to the beach and right at...
