「Staff & property/room were perfect」

「Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. 」

「This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago.
