「Called immediately after making a reservation online and asked if they could make sure I could get a room with a bathtub, the lady said that was totally fine and that she would make a note so when my room gets set that it would be a room with a bathtub. 「Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know.」
