A delight

What a delight! A stylish hotel in a fantastic location with super friendly staff. Great bathroom and really comfortable bed. Generous and tasty breakfast selection.

Great location for Luc Sur Mer

Nice hotel in a nice little seafront town. Ideal for the ferry from Caen. Only gripe was windows not particularly safe for small children.

Magical and charming

Amazing place. Charming and super friendly. Right by the beach. Wake up with the soind of the lapping waves and seagulls. Watching aunrise and sunset.

Staff were responsive before our visit when we got in touch. They were all friendly and welcoming. We arrived late after a long day travelling and the room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast with fresh, local produce and in a great locataion. I hope we can go back some time.

On the beach

Location on was on the beach. Beautiful town and beautiful sunset. Would have stayed longer but schedule could not permit. Dinner was very expensive if you can avoid! Overall, I would still go back to this hotel for a longer stay !

Super cosy hotel and perfect location

We had a great stay at the Le Beau Rivage. The hotel is located right at the beach front with a splendid view to the sea. The room was small, but nice and clean. The sea breeze made it out as a natural A/C, however it did not completely manage to keep the room cool. The breakfast was simple, but with a high quality selection. We did not miss anything. Would definitely stay at Le Beau Rivage again!

déçue

Emballés par les avis dithyrambiques, nous avons réservé... L'emplacement est top, mais 140 euros la nuit pour une chambre minimaliste : on appelle ça le luxe invisible. Tout y était… enfin, tout ce qui est strictement nécessaire pour survivre. Mon chien, quant à lui, a eu droit à une surprise : 20 euros au lieu des 5 annoncés sur le site. À ce prix-là, je pensais qu’il allait au moins recevoir un petit-déj ou un peignoir à sa taille. Spoiler : non. L’accueil ? Disons que si la chaleur humaine était facturée en option, elle n’était clairement pas incluse. le petit déjeuner ? Servi dans une tranche horaire si courte qu’il faut déjà être réveillé la veille pour ne pas le rater. Mon café est encore en train de se demander s’il a été servi. La facture ne m'a pas été donnée spontanément et le remboursement de la différence pour le chien a été faite après une apre discussion. Bref, une expérience dont je me souviendrai. Ou que j’essaierai d’oublier, selon les jours.

Etablissement agréable, calme, bien situé. Choisir une chambre face à la mer de préférence. Chambre simple mais propre. Seul défaut la température de la salle de bain le matin très fraiche. Petit déjeuner très correct avec du vrai jus d'orange ! Facile à se garer mais nous étions fin octobre...

Beautiful property, right on the beach, within walking distance of shops and dining. Staff was absolutely amazing and were so accommodating when our ferry from the UK arrived past the usual check-in time. The food and drinks were wonderful! The view was incredible and being able to sleep with the windows open and feeling the breeze and hearing the waves is beyond perfect!
