「The website says there are two pools , one for adults and one for children. There was only one pool and it was 2 feet deep. The website also states that there was is a bar but it was closed and when I asked the staff, she said it’s never been open. The restrooms by the check in area were dirty and they had no toilet paper. We were very disappointed because we had our grandchildren with us and had hoped to have a great weekend with them. We had no plans to leave the hotel and enjoy the time with...

「Moving forward we will be staying across the street at the Hyatt. Tons of dust in our room. One box of tissues and a few tv stations and big delay changing channels to boot. You also cannot close ur snack store all the tine and fir second stay in a row ur back doors are locked and had to walk all the to front. And not all of us want a ton of spice on our steaks!! 「Very clean , friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast」

「Very worn and run down property right on busy highway. Many things broken such as tiles, shower curtain rod, windows (incl my hotel bedroom window). Around midnight an employee knocked on my door to see if that room was occupied. So much for peaceful sleep. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly but hotel needs major repairs and updates.」

「Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. 」

「I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!」

「Staff was great, rooms clean! Parking was not the greatest if you are in a truck but worked with some Austin Powers moves.」

「Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..」

「Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. 」

「Breakfast menu was great, but not the warmest. We were on the 1st floor and could hear all the walking above us which was annoying. We had the jacuzzi suite and it was nice. Parking was cool, just had to watch the birds outside. Overall it was ok. 」

「This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn and is going through renovations, so it currently has a lot of construction. We were here for the George Strait concert, so I didn't mind the elevated price. I don't know how much an overnight stay usually costs. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and adequate for our needs.」
