Great place! Resonable price!

Great location(5 min walk to night market and more), kind staff, reasonable price, booking services for nearby tour attractions and more. Patio makes it even better if you are a smoker. Too bad that I was forced stop smoking because the country did not allow electric cigarettes:)!

Perfect hotel in an amazing town

The room was very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable and bottled water was provided every day which was much appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and cooked fresh to order, with a good selection to choose from. Location of the hotel was great, just round the corner from the night markets and the main road, close to the river and extremely walkable to the city centre and its attractions, yet still far enough from the hustle and bustle up a quiet street. The highlight of staying here was the service, the owner/manager is so friendly and it was a joy to speak to him every day (he cooks the breakfast too!). He can also help with booking transportation and tours. We really loved our stay in Le Khounsok hotel and Luang Prabang is an amazing town, and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a lovely welcome and excellent service from the manager - he booked a minibus for us and cooked breakfast early on the day we left and was always available to help. The room was spotless and cleaned well every day. The shower could do with an upgrade. The location was very convenient, down a quiet side road and we could watch the monks go past at dawn. Building works going on next door, but it didn’t disturb us.

The water pipe broke in my room and it was flooded with water. I told the front desk person that I will sleep with my cousins in their room and I don’t want to pay for the night. He cleaned the room and removed the sink pipe and told me I can sleep in my room now. It was around 1:30 am. I told him I brought all my stuff up to my cousins room and how am I supposed to wash my hand with no access to the sink. I went back to sleep and he came back to my room and told me I can go back to my room. Now it is 2 am and I said I will sleep with my cousins. The next day I asked for a refund or to only pay for half of the price because I never slept in the room. He denied me and said that I should have slept in my room even though my room was flooded with water. I would not recommend this place at all!
