I was refused entry and not allowed to check in because they claimed they had not received payment. this has happened before and normal courteous customer focused approach would be to say please let us show you your room and we will sort out the payment later. their priority should have been my room, but NOOOOOOOO, their priority was their money.....

Amazing value and definitely recommended

This place was amazing!!! For under USD 100 a night, I was not expecting much as the average hotel cost between USD 300 to USD 700 a night in Luanda. The receptionist received me in fluent English, the rooms are clean, free wifi is available, free bottled water was provided, the aircon worked properly, breakfast was extremely satisfying. And the driver was ready on time to take me to the airport on my departure... all included in the price. I would definitely stay here again on short trips through Luanda!

Comfortable stay

Hotel is actually located in a residential area near the airport. Hotel reception staff are friendly and willing to arrange for city tours by taxi. They are also able to arrange one of the hotel staff to bring you to a nearby supermarket to get your necessities.

My stay at the hotel was very nice. I stayed for over a week and would come back. The price is much lower than I have paid for similar residencias or hotels. The staff are attentive and courteous. The wifi is strong, AC works and the TVs have a few channels, including one for American movies which can be entertaining to relax to. While the basic rooms are small, they are considerably more comfortable than other hotels in the area I stayed in because they offer a full size bed instead of a twin. The breakfast offers variety of drinks and food. Some issues: attention to details, like keeping the breakfast warm and replacing items when they're done. The shower in my room had a clogged drain so I flooded the floor. More important. for Expedia users, if you want the free airport transfer you have to call in advance and *make sure* you tell them you want this coming from their account and not something you pay out of pocket. Despite my requesting it in advance, they didn't pay the driver because I didn't use the Booking website the hotel normally uses for online reservations. Apparently there you can check off a box that you want the transfer and with Expedia you can't. I paid 5,000 Kz as a result!

Nice place to stay

Only stay two nights as my flight was canceled. The place is not far from the airport and the hotel will arrange a pick up and drop off. The staff is nice and try to help. Nice breakfast on the top floor. The rooms are pretty small but the bed and pillows are nice. Wi-Fi works pretty good in the rooms where there is a small desk. Price a little high for what is offer even in Luanda.

Boa relação qualidade - preço

Aspectos positivos: cama confortável; bom WiFi; local sossegado; higiene e limpeza das instalações; serviço das recepcionistas. Aspectos negativos: difícil de localizar, área circundante à entrada com mau aspecto. Pequeno almoço muito fraco: o pão não é fresco, só tem manteiga, café, leite e chá. Serviço de restaurante medíocre (alimentos e serviço). Poucos canais de TV e os dois únicos canais internacionais são em língua brasileira. Quartos com pouco espaço de arrumação (impossível abrir completamente uma mala de viagem), não existe um único armário, só cabides de parede e gavetas pequenas (impossível pendurar um fato ou um vestido).
