「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」

「Excellent service! Great communication. A beautiful set up for our family with two rooms. Very accommodating and we loved the slippers. Elevator was great for luggage. A must stay in a beautiful and centrally located area.」

「Huge apartment, plenty of space, good kitchen, washing machine, clean and spotless, comfy beds. Did I mention huge space? Right in the middle of the historic city. Note it is on the second floor, so there are stairs. Could do with another sofa in the cavernous living room. Still highly recommended.」

「Perfect location to explore Siena, right on the Campo. The apartment was warm and comfortable. As to be expected in such a central location, the noise & music from then restaurants on the piazza was loud till the early hours on Saturday night (so bring earplugs) but the other night was fine. 」
