"If you are coming to the resort not All inclusive but breakfast only, be aware of that they are still asking your credit card to charge deposit about US$1,500.- We have recorded that we are providing to satisfy their policy requirement but not authorizing them to charge us for any deposit.
Second concern is that rental car parking! In the hotel notes available services, it says that hotel helps car rental (we rented car at airport by ourselves) but where people can park, they are warning you that no protection leaving your car in the area everyone parks is your own risk!
When we asked them what happened l, what incident you had that you need to put suç alerts, they said nothing happened!
By the way the area all cars parked is in front of the employee entrance that that have 24/7 camera surveillance, workers clock punch in, and security!
Although Our vacation started on the left foot, the rest of the stuff were wonderful, courteous and helpful whenever we were in the resort. All the days we stayed, we left the respite after having breakfast and we were back between 6:30-7:30 pm.
Apparently there was a managers night that everyone was invited. When we came back one of the days around 6:45 pm, we found out that the invitation note slided under the door. However, the date was confusing. Date wasn’t neither Monday nor 22nd day of the month! There is no Monday, May 22nd in 2026!
The next day we asked one of the worker and they said Managers Night was last night. Go figure!"
"The beach view was excellent! However, the staff was poor, I think mostly not trained well….
Upon checking, we received no information about the enmities of the property, or map, or even a card for our room keys, w the WiFi information on it. It seemed every question we asked the staff, they did not know, & to ask someone else. A late checkout cost was exorbitant
The bartender had to look up how to make a Tanqueray and Tonic! Then needed help finalizing the bill for me.
The next morning when I asked about the excursions on the chalkboard next to the reception desk, no one knew anything about them….
The staff was nice enough, but again, I think poorly trained, & not very helpful"
