「Everything was good. It was just not exceptional」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「The room is small but functional. Shower is strong, breakfast is good. Reception is helpful, hotel is 5 min from metro station, reasonably convenient. 」

We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine.」
