「Hey I arrived and the guy at front desk charged me the accidental fee which I know is always mandatory but after checking out and leaving I realized he charged me two different transactions one $75.00 and one $250.00 I had to contact Expedia to help me get my refund I’m not sure how he did that and didn’t let me know what he was charging me for aside from the accidental fee」

「The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount」

I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy.
