I booked a superior room which was very comfortable and clean. We overlooked the river and had a double aspect room (317). Staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to see that we were happy.

Staff very happy to help. However glasses of wine hideously expensive feel quite strongly that you are profiteering excessively on this item - but that's we've learnt and will ensure we'll just bring our own - and you lose any sale. Wise up - £12.50 is not acceptable for a glass of wine

Room and complex were very clean. Rooms could do with a little freshen up, although still clean. Shop on site was very good range and lovely staff. Grounds and pool kept immaculate.
