Old villa that needs A LOT OF RENOVATION!!!

Smell of toilet and mould. Service is not good. When it rains, water is dripping from the ceiling and water is running down the walls. The electric sockets were out of order due to rain water.

The customer service at this hotel is appalling. There is also minimal security with entry and I would not recommend for women or girls on their own. The apartment itself is nice enough but cold and aircon doesn’t work. I had read others reviews and ignored these so I have only myself to blame

The area is wonderful and beautiful. There is a private beach near by. The room is comfy and beautiful. The place has 24/7 service. Thank you we had a realy good time

A földszinti apartmanok dohosak penészesek voltak, átköltöztettek a hotel Bristol-ba, ami szintén a láncolathoz tartozik, ott OK volt minden.

糟糕的公寓

这家公寓管理混乱。打开房门一看，房间竟然还没有打扫，就重新启用。换了一间睡前仔细查看被褥竟然没有换过。想找人没有了。公寓位于克罗地亚洛夫兰主干道路边，好寻找但是门前马路彻夜轰鸣，吵得睡不好觉。酒店还在装修中，房间味道很大，睡了一夜嗓子干疼。没有停车设施。连车都不让停，更别提使用对面酒店游泳池。hotels.com明示城市税1.08欧元，2人应该2.16欧元它却跟我要4欧元。理由呢前台编造说是要注册。这个公寓坑太多。坑你没商量。

ottimo soggiorno a villa elsa

appartamenti spaziosi e confortevoli, pulizia di buon livello, arredamento nuovo e funzionale reception hotel Bristol molto cortese e gentile. Wi fi ottima. Da segnalare la mancanza di parcheggio (anche se nell'arco di 500m ci sono ampi spazi gratuiti dove parcheggiare) e la mancanza dell'ascensore (per chi ha valigie e sta negli appartamenti al 3^ piano non è il massimo) Se devo esprimere un voto un bel 9

We arrived to be told that the villa was closed due to something collapsing, they forgot to inform us. They sourced alternative accommodation at one of their other hotels about 15Km away which was not at all satisfactory, but as it was late in the evening we had no choice.

Geräumige Wohnung als Hotelzimmer

Die Villa ist ein regionstypischer Bau, relativ zentral in Lovran. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in seiner privaten Ferienwohnung, die Ausstattung ist einfach aber durchaus wertig. Leider verfügt nicht jedes Zimmer über Balkon/ Terrasse, hat aber den Aufenthalt nicht nachhaltig getrübt. Für den Preis jedenfalls zu empfehlen.

Loven, trevlig lägenhet, centralt

Beläget vid en trafikerad huvudgata med genomfartstrafik, dock inget som störde oss. Den fria parkeringen var dock ett skämt! Total kaos när vi anlände och när vi slutligen parkerat vågade vi inte flytta bilen av risk att stå utan plats när vi var tillbaka. Hotellet, som även ansvarar för Villa Elsa, har även ett garage där jag tycker man kan erbjuda plats när "gården" är överbelagd.

Ho soggiornato una notte con la mia famiglia e siamo stati molto bene. Bella struttura, posizione tranquilla e comoda. La stanza non era pulitissima: c'era polvere e odore di chiuso. Forse è stato perché siamo arrivati all'ultimo minuto, senza prenotazione e non hanno avuto il tempo di arieggiare.

Kaksi yötä Lovranissa

Pieni villa vilkkaan kadun varrella. Asiointi hoidetaan vastapäisen hotellin respassa. Tullessamme villa oli ylibuukattu ja jouduimme olemaan ensimmäisen yön alimmassa kerroksessa, joka oli kostea, kylmä ja haisi kostealle maalle. Seuraavana aamuna järjestettiin iso huoneisto ylimmästä kerroksesta joka oli hyvä. Ainoa miinuspuoli on, että lisävuoteena käytettävä sohva on kova ja kapea varsinkin kahdelle. Parkkipaikkoja voi joutua etsimään kylästä pitkäänkin.

beeindruckende Villa

Die Unterkunft in der Villa Elsa in Lovran entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen.Gegen eine Gebühr von 50 Kuna kann man das Auto direkt vor dem gegenüberliegenden Hotel Bistrol parkieren.Bei der Villa Elsa, (gegenüber der Strasse) gibt es keine Parkplätze, was wir überhaupt nicht als Problem sahen.Es gibt die möglichkeit im Hotel Bistrol für 50 Kuna pro Pers, zu Frühstücken. Sehr reichhaltig ! Wir 2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugentliche waren in einem Appartmend mit Kochmöglichkeit sehr geräumig. .

Great Hotel - free upgrade

We booked 2 nights at this hotel and expected it to be across the main street from the ocean. Upon arrival we were upgraded to 3 ocean view rooms, all with private balconies. The rooms were more like apartments with a kitchen area, couches, and separate bedrooms. The breakfast was decent but the location, rooms, and service were amazing - one of the best hotels during our 3 week Croatia trip.

L hôtel est très bien situé mais il y a énormément d infiltrations d eau et vous ressentez cela dès votre arrivée dans l établissement. Les chambres ont beaucoup de traces d humidité. Les photos montrées sur le site sont pour quelques une pas celles de la résidence mais celles de l hôtel louxor qui gère l établissement, donc attention car il y a une publicité mensongère sur le site.

Parking!!!?

Nice hotel even though a bit moister inside, good beds, very nice breakfast. Big setback is though parking places. Almost impossible to find at all. You need to stand and guard the parking place and wait until a space gets free, if it does. The hotel have parking places but if you stay only a night, there is no place for you.

Best spot in town!

Villa Elsa was fantastic. Brand new, crisp and clean. Fabulous bed linens for an ultra cozy night. We had our daughter with us but this would be a great romantic getaway. Huge bathroom with fluffy towels and you can use the pool at a neighbor hotel close by.
