「Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms.」

「This the worst hotel we have stayed in that we have booked through Hotels.com. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. We must thank hotels.com for sorting that out for us. They dealt with our complaints very professionally. We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned. 「 Stayed in a Cabana for two nights, we suspected some bugs but not this many. Bad smell from the toilet and it was pretty dirty. Looked like no one had been using it for a while but the staff was really nice, always smiling and the restaurant was good. It's near a beautiful beach. 」
