"Clean room- had issues with the tv but the staff was accommodating to both disabilities and also to moving rooms when the tv issue arised. Room was clean and in front of the pool- so we had a nice view of pool and waterway. Pool was clean and nice temp- always people in it during the daytime while we were there. Beat the bridge so can hear traffic but the bridge is beautiful and pretty quiet overnight. Breakfast was really really good with a few different options but one of the better free breakfasts offered"
"This has been my go-to hotel the last two years, whenever I'm in town to visit a friend of mine. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The staff are always very nice and accommodating, the rooms are always clean, and the area is quiet and safe. There's a Powell's Dairy Freeze drive-thru ice cream place that has very good ice cream and it's not expensive! It's literally next door... You can walk there. There's also a variety of restaurants such as Beef O'Grady's, Granny's Country Kitchen, Laredo (Mexican), Sonny's BBQ, to name a few. There's also a Walgreen's and a gas station nearby. I have yet to use the pool (I have bleach blonde hair, so getting in the pool would turn my hair green LOL), but I have seen the pool, and it's very inviting! I am always sooo tempted to jump in!!! And the pool is open until 10 p.m., not 8 p.m., like most places, so that's cool. The rooms always have a fresh, clean smell, and the a/c always works. The shower is very nice, and everything looks updated. Not this visit, but on a past visit, the hair dryer came in handy because I had forgotten to bring mine... Theirs was a life saver! I absolutely love Best Western. This location was recommended to me by my friend, and now I recommend it to others. It's a Michelin key hotel in my book! "
"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The price was so affordable which made me think that I would walk into less than what was portrayed in the pictures...but I was wrong. The hotel entrance and lobby was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even suggested very nice dining options in the area. The room was also very clean. I couldn't get over how nice everything smelled. Not the usual stale cigarette and coffee smell. My only complaint was that when my husband and I left and returned from dinner there were a few guys hanging out in the parking lot - probably construction workers staying there - and one of them was peeing right there by the front of his truck. That's not really the hotel's fault but these guys were out there for a couple of hours and should've probably said something to them about loitering in the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless and would book with them again. "
