「A Lillie bit far from the Grotto but the hotel is nice and the bed is comfortable. My kids love this hotel. Marjorie the receptionist is very accommodating and nice.」

「Clean, bright and friendly staff.... an ambience of home. Situated in a Condo-like complex just at the edge of chaos of shops and people. Room is spotless, spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cool Grotto water for your daily drink. One event I witnessed from my room window: an elderly couple was rushing out to catch a bus upon check-out. Hotel Manager Florence gave chase under a drizzle, and the old gentleman was hurriedly rushing back after realizing something they left behind only to see...

「Appart hotel très bien situé et bien agencé. Tout semble neuf. La proprete est irreprochable. Les rideaux, le canapé et meme le fauteuil ont ete parfumés. Odeur tres agreable de fraîcheur. Nécessaire à disposition pour cuisiner ou nettoyer. Seul bémol les membres de la réception fument juste en dessous de nos fenêtres donc pas tres agréable quand elles sont ouvertes.」
