建物が古い

建物が古い。歩くとギシギシ音がする。ベッドが一番ひどかった。マットレスに弾力性がなく、横になると体が沈むといった感じ。建物は古いが、特に汚いという感じはない。駅の近くだが、街の中心部から少し離れている。駅の近くはなにもない。

chambre irrespirable (pas de clim, pas de ventilateur, fenêtre minuscule), pas de télévision, toilettes et douches dans le couloir, mobilier d'un autre siècle, literie plus qu'usée....

The lady is very nice, and helpful and speaks several languages. My room was clean, and comfortable. All good, and the price was cheap! Only down was that I had to be back by 11pm because she told me she had to lock the front door.

I got there and room was outdated There was a bath but they had taken the light out so you could not use the bath which was blocked anyway as were the showers. The second night I got bit by bedbugs and am covered on itchy red spots. Disgusting and dirty place and staff not helpful

It was a pleasurable solo stay.

Hotel Viscos is a tired country inn. The owners are nice with enough English. The hotel is well located with the rail station and the rest of the town. There is a laundry down the road.

In Lourdes, pray for heat!

The heating system is with a cast iron household radiator. I turned it on to obtain maximum heat but it hardly became warm. The room stayed humid. However, with good wine at 2 Euros a bottle, from the local store, it helps the body warm up! The staff was notified and dismissed it.

Uniquement en cas de crise !

Hotel bien situé (jusque devant la gare) mais tres vieux, tres mal isolé (accoustiquement et thermiquement) et donc tres bruyant. L'hôtel ferme à 23h ! Il faut libérer la chambre à10h ! Une fois allongé sur le lit (de mauvaise qualité) l'odeur de vieille moquette pleine de poussière était omniprésente. Une seule prise disponible dans la chambre, en 2017 ! Je m'attendais à un hôtel miteux, mais un Première Classe est mille fois mieux.

For the price I paid it was reasonable went at the wrong time of year up in the mountains as I am sensitive to sun and had heatstroke prefer it when it rains . What annoys me is when other reviewers expect something for nothing if you want 5 star treatment and conditions you will have to pay for it. This hotel was pricefit for purpose.
