The electric window shade was torn and broken. Luckily, the window sill was wide enough to place the chair seat cushions in the window so people couldn't see me walking around naked.

10 out 10 response. We apologize for the malfunctioning shades but are sincerely grateful our pillows suffice. We hope you return again so that we can provide you a room with those privacy shades to enjoy your nudity in peace without the potential fall of a pillow.

Ron (night clerk) and Chris (day clerk) were great. Thou there were glitches in our stay they were both very polite, professional, and accommodating. The King rooms are nice. The first bed was great but the room was stuffy and stale with no way to open the window. The fridge did not work but as i noted Ron came up with a work around that was fine. The second room was also a king and the room smelled fresh but the bed was worn. We also like the parking which is difficult because we drive a 20ft Ram 2500 pulling a 16ft trailer making us 36ft in length to figure out. We added an extra night but the rates go crazy when you do that. So take a deep breath and let the algorithm reset then try again and check a different third party vendor. But the best part of the stay is the staff.

Room was spacious and very clean. Good tv channels and the bed was cozy. Didnt eat breakfast so im not sure how that was. Will be back on our next trip. Thank you.

We travel through here all the time, but this was the first time we stayed at this location. We travel with a little pup and we didn't feel like we were put in a different type of room or frowned at when we said we had her with us. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean, bed comfy (I've never had great luck with those squishy pillows though), and the breakfast area and food were great. Not much for fast food in the area, but there is a Waffle House across the street if you are in a pinch. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay, and we definitely will be staying here the next time we drive through... PS - Molly's mom was really friendly.

Newer hotel. Very clean with modern ammenities in the rooms. Only negative we had, we had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk with a line forming behind us to check in. The front desk guy was also the maintenance guy too. He returned with a screwdriver in his hand. (this was at prime check in time, around 3:30pm). He did apologize. Other than that, loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Other than the fact that the towels are well past their fluffy stage and I miss being able to take a bath, everything was great in my room. Blackout curtains would be nice, however; my room was illuminated by a streetlight all night. I was impressed that even though a busload of high school athletes beat me to breakfast yet there was plenty of everything there. Great place to stay.

Hotel was clean and quiet. We arrived after midnight on New Year’s Eve and had reserved a king room noting our late arrival. When we got to our room we discovered we’d been given 2 doubles. The front desk hadn’t told us we weren’t in a king. When we called to inquire we were told there were no kings available, not because they were sold out but because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned them all. We didn’t reserve the room until a few hours prior to checking in so it was disappointing that Expedia showed king rooms available when they were not. There was a breakdown in communication between the hotel and Expedia regarding the room type availability. We were disappointed that we were not told by the front desk that our reserved room type was not available prior to getting to our room. Overall it was a nice hotel and the employees were friendly.
