super convenient to the Ft Knox base - also, definitely a small step up on Motel6 and Econolodge, without much added price tag. The property is older, but clean, and staff is friendly. My room had a view of the indoor pool (a first for me), but I think if I had really wanted an outside view, I could have asked to change. One drag: you definitely have to run the AC to prevent the room from getting muggy, and the AC unit is pretty loud. But that's to be expected at this tier accommodation. Zero roaches spotted, and the floor (carpet) was clean enough to walk around barefoot. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, no bugs. Quiet at night, as promised. Would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. The bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling and rust spots on the back of the door. The pool was great. The pool room was not ventilated and felt like a hot oven.

The hotel needs to be shut down. It has been under going repairs for years. I’m from the area and it’s still has a few of the same issues. I was notified about the “remodel “ hours after I checked in. Mind you it was no refund. We just got a room to take the kids swimming and left the hotel within hours. The hotel smells like mildew and the room was 10x worse with the same odor. The mattress protector was stained and they didn’t even bother to cover it atleast with a bed skirt. The microwave had food in it from the previous people. It was absolutely disgusting, and the staff was extremely rude, knowing how that hotel looked. Moms around the pool, out of service hot tub full of dirt and dead bugs. Numerous rooms empty around the pool area with rooms full of junk. They didn’t even care to close the blinds. The workout equipment was ALL out of order. NEVER AGAIN.

I used a debit card to hold my room. Per policy, the card is not suppose to be charged until we arrived. I was going to pay with another card once I got to the facility @ 3pm. The hotel attempted to run the card I reserve red the room with. It was declined. Again, I was going to actually pay with another card. “sue” left me a voice mail stating she needed about her card. I called back about 30 mins later. She stated my rsvp was cancelled and there were no lore rooms available. She also stated that in the voicemail she stated that I had to call back by noon. A lot of work is going into the property and they are working hard to update rooms.The indoor pool area was nice, but the hot tub was empty. The linens on one of our beds were stained, but the beds were comfortable. The staff we spoke to were helpful and pleasant.

Wallpaper peeling off and bubbling up. Carpets throughout the building were dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. However, it is convenient to Ft Knox - 6 minute drive.

When we got there, there were workers painting in the hallway. I get it, maintenance is needed; however, I was concerned about the paint fumes since I was staying with my baby. There was also a part of our room where the floor was exposed...so i did not feel comfortable letting my baby crawl on the floor, as it was also not very clean. I asked to switch to a room in a different area than the paint or a room with a floor that was't ripped apart, but they said they were fully booked so we had to stay put. Overall not a great experience. At least they had a waffle maker!

Old. Black molds in the corner wall and AC vent. Theres some black powdery stuff in the corner of the sink. Wallpapers are peeling. Ceiling repair unfinished. Bedsheets are torn and has stains. No daily housekeeping.

Advertised as newly renovated in fact the entire hotel is in a deep renovation while trying to rent rooms renovation has not started yet. The indoor pool looks great in the pictures but the Air Conditioning is out so it’s 103 in this area. Unable to use it without feeling like I was taking a bath. Room service missed trash in our room in the refrigerator in the dresser drawers and clothes left hanging in the closet. We won’t be back.

Staff was great, only complaint would be that the floor in the bathroom was sticky and needed to be mopped. You could tell that only the part where you walked into was mopped, but not under the counter where you stand. Put a towel down because it was so sticky. I also thought the breakfast was not good. No fruit, no eggs, juice machine didn't work, very limited selection of bagels. We always went out to eat.

I stayed four nights had zero room service and was given only two sets of towels. It was ridiculous. Signs indicated towels would be refreshed daily, but they were not. It was hotter than hades in Kentucky and Two sets of towels for four nights didn’t cut it. Of course, I asked. I also ran out of paper products for the room during my stay and had to ask because again there was NO room service.
