"We had a fabulous time at the Leonardo. Perfect location in Galway! There was one desk person named Una who absolutely went above and beyond to help us! From her initial recommendations to helping me out after I sustained an injury during one of my tours.
The breakfast buffet was excellent also. Wait staff was very attentive."
"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was good. Only minor gripe is a tiny elevator for people staying. Since it’s only 2 levels up, it’s no issue.
Staff, service, food, and ambiance were A+"
"Spent four nights at this busy property. Located on the Headford Road, it is conveniently located beside a service station, a Dunnes Superstore, Penney’s/Primark, and Tesco. Just a 15-minute walk to City Centre restaurants, etc. A generous breakfast buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold options. Really nice and helpful staff. My only annoyance was with the acoustics, maybe I was just unfortunate, but on two of the four nights I happened to have really noisy next-door neighbors – one night it was a really loud man who carried on a hours-long conversation at shouting level, he was replaced the following night by two guys trying to outtalk each other at increasing pitch, it stopped around midnight so wasn’t too bad."
"The Dean Galway was a lovely hotel but I should have booked with them directly instead of going through Hotels.com. I had to cancel my original booking through the virtual agent of Hotels.com because of a change in dates. I was reassured by the virtual agent that my cancellation went through and that I would not be charged by the hotel. I was charged by the hotel. I am trying to get my refund back but it is very difficult trying to get through to Hotels.com. I will never use their site again!"
"Would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a scaffold right outside our window, despite requesting an ocean view. It isn't really walkable to much, but the onsite restaurant was very good and the view was amazing. There's also a quaint pub contained within the hotel, with an awesome Irish performer the night we were there."
"The Ardulaun sited us to a tee.Well located if you have a car. Staff was attentive. Pool and spa were wonderful. The restaurant serves a fish chowder that is amazing. The hotel and facilities could not have been better."
