「Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". So we didn't pay enough for a non-pet room. The entire hotel was virtually empty -not a single other person staying there. But they wouldn't move us without a charge.... ridiculous.
