「My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. 「This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! 」
