"Check-in was a challenge since the office door had a sign saying it sticks and to push hard. When it still wouldn't open and I dialed the number the staff person let me know it was locked and she was in the laundry room. A note to that fact would have saved me significant frustration with the door. ..."

"So disappointed, no staff onsite. Cabin and bathrooms were very cold and unsanitary. Only linens on one bed (there is 2 beds) that had stains on them and looked like someone just slept in them. Other bed had dead flies, crumbs, dirt on it. Trash and beer bottles. Could not stay in cabin. Have contacted ..."
